Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Habitat Creative Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality services to meet the needs of our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.
1. Service Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel services before the project or service begins, please notify us at least 7days in advance. We will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made within this period.

Notice period for full refund: 7 days before service commencement

Cancellation process: Send a written notice (via email or the client portal) with the request for cancellation.
2. Service Cancellation after Work Has Begun
If the service has already commenced or deliverables have been provided, the following conditions apply:

Up to 50% of the service cost will be refunded based on the stage of completion.

If work is 50% or more completed, a partial refund will be offered, prorated to the percentage of the work completed.

Services that involve fixed hours or hourly billing are charged based on the amount of time worked, and no refund is available once hours have been logged.
3. Service Cancellations by Habitat Creative Studio Inc.
If for any reason, Habitat Creative Studio Inc. must cancel the service after it has started, we will:

Provide a full refund if the work has not started or only preliminary work was completed.

Pro-rate refund based on the completed portion of the service if the work has progressed.
In cases of cancellation by us, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide a reason for the cancellation.
4. No-Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

Services have been completed and delivered. Once deliverables (reports, designs, content, etc.) are finalized and handed over to the client, no refund will be issued.

Non-completion due to client delays. If the project is delayed due to the client’s lack of communication or failure to provide necessary materials, a refund will not be issued.

Non-payment or partial payment. If payment for the service has not been made according to the agreed schedule, the client forfeits any right to a refund.
5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service cancellation or completion.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Additional Terms

Consultation and Discovery Calls: Fees for initial consultations, discovery calls, or strategy sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services: If the agency has contracted third-party vendors (e.g., for design, hosting, software subscriptions), any fees paid to third parties are non-refundable.
